The hotel had both positive and negative aspects. The rooms were a bit noisy due to the proximity to loud air conditioners and the back and laundry area, needing some upgrades for a better experience. However, the location was good, away from the city center noise with nice pools and interiors, suitable for families. The dining had some improvements but was still limited. Service had its ups and downs with some staff going above and beyond while others seemed snobby towards guests.
